I’s the FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL!
Yes, the day is finally here. The first day of school. Since we’ve moved it is new schools for both kids. They are at the table right now, eating a sufficiently sugar laden breakfast to give my son in law a tooth ache. 
DJ is bugging KT, want some salt on your cereal? How about pepper, napkin.
KT says: LEAVE ME ALONE I’m freeking out!
Ahhhh, the sounds of school.
Don’t get me wrong, I love my kids and it has been nice having them around this summer. They have been a huge help in moving. But I need to get back to my business. I have socks to make, shawls to knit, aprons to sew. I have two shows to prep for and am behind on my schedule.
School gives me the schedule I need to make progress. The free and easy timing of summer is a nice break but we all know life is scheduled, you get up, go to work, eat, go to bed and do it all over again.
Yes, I’m doing the happy dance because….IT IS THE FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL!

Okay, you’re not seriously trying to pass that picture off as KT are you?? I’m thinking it’s YOU from one of YOUR first days of school!
Talk about a “mini-me”!!
And Danny - sorry - ‘DJ’ - looks just like I remember Jeff! Do you ever get mixed up as to which kid you’re looking at? I mean, I call Sarah every name BUT hers and she looks nothing like Jenn or Christa!
